On Friday, I was joined by Ann Callaghan as we began a new series of shows for an Introduction to Homeopathy.  For our first episode Ann discussed the history of homeopathy, and gave a basic rundown of how homeopathics are created, and what “potency” is.  I’ve included a pdf copy of Ann’s presentation below, and Ann has sent a video from Helios Homeopathics to give more information about Remedy Preparation for anyone who’s interested in learning a bit more about it.

We will be inviting Mary Aspinwall, the creator of the Helios Homeopathic First Aid Kits that I showed during this episode, to join us for the next episode to discuss the creation of the kits, and how best to use them.  As soon as we have a date scheduled, I will let everyone know.
